Weekly Classes

I offer weekly classes at Soul Healing Collective studio in Ballard, WA.
All offerings are focused on creating a sense of safety and ease in your body, reconnecting you with your true self and true healing.

Energy Healing & Reiki
Tuesdays | 7:30 – 8:30 PM


Energy Healing + Reiki is a grounding, restorative class designed to calm the nervous system, deepen self-awareness, and support energetic balance in the body.

The first half of class is a guided teaching and embodied practice focused on understanding your energy and how it moves through daily life. Through a blend of meditation, movement, breathwork, and other energy-based techniques, you'll explore practical ways to restore balance, regulate stress, and reconnect with your body's natural rhythms.

The second half transitions into a deeply restorative Reiki experience. You'll be guided into stillness while receiving hands-on or hands-off Reiki and energy healing to support integration and recovery, allowing the nervous system to settle and the body to absorb the benefits of the earlier practices, creating space for clarity, calm, and renewal.

I began teaching this class at Soul Healing Collective at the end of 2025, and it has been such a joy to witness this community show up week after week to do this work together. All are welcome.

Come join me for a full-body yoga class at Soul Healing Collective. I offer yoga classes that blend movement with intentional breathwork for a dynamic, restorative experience. I focus on creating a safe space for you to explore movement in your body and connect with your heart, fostering grounded awareness.

You will experience mindful yoga poses, guided breathing, and body awareness practices that support the hips, shoulders, and spine, and carry with you long after you leave the mat.
